With its unique Z-Screw technology that increases compression performance while maintaining low noise and vibration; Z-screw is a unique, simple and efficient compression mechanism. The Z screw consists of 1 main screw and 2 gate rotors located on both sides. The rotors of entrance follow the rotation of the screw, and the film of water or oil (according to its case) and the floating mechanism maintain high efficiency for long time. This simple construction allows an efficient compression of low rotation with little noise, low vibration and Long service life of the bearing. Mitsui Seiki has been providing this mechanism since 1972.
